• Product Conceptualization
  The fundamental for a successful product campaign always starts with proper market research. Give us your product idea and our experienced team will present to you a preliminary market report on similar product types including competitor analysis, design and pricing information. After which, we can present to you 2D concepts of your product idea to take advantage on the market research balancing factors such as product outlook, positioning, functionalities, manufacturing costs and marketability.
  
  
• 3D Visualization and Functional Design
  Once the initial concept is approved, our skilled engineers will proceed into turning the 2D concept into a photo realistic 3D image that will help visualize what the final product would be like. At this stage, our electronics and mechanical designers will begin working on the mechanical and functional designs of your product idea taking into account of the customer’s requirements such as tooling budget, bill of material and production costs.
  
  
• Prototyping and Tooling
  After all the initial design has been completed. Some customers may choose to go ahead with the production of a mock-up sample or prototype of the final product. Alternatively, the customer may also choose to engage in a small volume pre-production run of the product with all functionalities built in. At this stage, the customer will be able to experience first hand, what the final product would be like and make and amendments if required. Once all changes have been confirmed, the customer may proceed to tooling fabrication.
  
  
• Production Readiness and Monitoring
  Once all changes have been made and tooling ready, the customer can now proceed to production either with Metalware as an OEM or appoint production to a designated factory of the customer’s choice.
